I am quite disappointed with the implementation of a third-party application, to be able to validate the transport card in Barcelona. To begin with, it should be integrated into the Android's own Wallet application that works well. And stop weird experiments. And to top it off when you try to use the digital wallet, the NFC option is never enabled, so you have to continue with the physical card, a disaster. —————— Estoy bastante decepcionado con la implementaciĂłn de una aplicaciĂłn de tercero, para poder validar la tarjeta de transporte en Barcelona. Para empezar todo, deberĂa estar integrado en la propia aplicaciĂłn de Wallet del Android que funciona bien. Y dejarse de experimentos raros . Y para rematar cuando intentas usar la billetera digital, nunca jamás se habilita la opciĂłn NFC por lo tanto tienes que seguir con la tarjeta fĂsica, un desastre.
Just wasted 20 euros on this. The app doesn’t actually work with the metro. You still need a physical card.
I couldn’t get the app to work, but the TMB team on Facebook messenger helped me figure it out. Turns out I had downloaded the e-wallet app using my USA App Store account, and the app needs to be downloaded from the Spain region App Store in order to work properly. It works now!
The spanish are idiots, and the Catalan are 2x as dumb. What ever team programed this should be beat with there stupid stale ham legs.
