Poor performance

10/11 - 2 weeks ago my PGP sent me to imaging at memorial city - I completed all signup records that day & had Doppler on leg looking for blood clot 10/14 & CT scan 10/18 - no report has gone to PGP yet on either although this should have been done within 1-2 days. The CT Scan had a co-pay I paid 10/18 The My memorial app I loaded onto my phone has none of any of this - no tests done or results no payments it's obviously in no way actually connected to my memorial Hermann records and useless

Not reliable

Tonight, as I was looking through my record on the portal, I discovered errors. There was a drug listed for me, which I do not take. ,. also, there is a test listed for me for this week which I am not scheduled to take. I am having a hard time relying upon anything I see in the portal.
