This app is a shady profit draw. You have to go pay a doctor to approve this “medication”. Silly and greedy.

Not helpful

I really had high hopes for this app. The lessons were ok, but the repetitiveness of the exercises was annoying and frustrating and made me feel worse. I couldn’t complete the 6 week program and would not recommend it. Requiring a prescription makes it sound therapeutic, but don’t fall for it.
