doesn't load past the G animation. have to do a fresh install everytime i want to use it.

I’m new, signed up for the premium service. Why am I already being hustled for elite membership? If I signed up for one service, do you think I’m not smart enough to sign up for the next level, if I need it?

App won’t load

I love this service, but lately I have had to use the website in-browser because the app just won’t load. It won’t budge from the loading screen. I haven’t been able to access it in a couple of months now, so I am hoping there is a fix soon! Edit: Thank you for your response! it’s still not fixed, unfortunately...just sits on the blue “G” screen indefinitely.
