On a recent trip to Paris, I used this app exclusively. Much easier to read and use than the "official" one. More representational, with different colors for the different districts.
I've downloaded about 10 apps for help getting around Paris and this one is by far the most useful one. Love the routing option - nice clear visuals, descriptions, and options. Also love the small things like when you change direction while looking at the map, the map rotates a tiny bit to accommodate. It's definitely designed with the user in mind. Rare with the other apps out there. Super useful and helpful. Can't go wrong.
The app lets you choose two metro stops and then calculates a route based on your choices. The itinerary is clearly laid out and color-coded. I like how it tells you the end stop, so you know the correct direction to get on, You can click a drop down to see the names of the stops in between. You can save your trips and set a home stop to quickly get directions to. I used this for three days and found it indispensible.
