Will not route! Error 400 continually

Wrong mileage and no way to contact someone! Send emails, nothing! My experience I was ripped off!

Awful

The app wanted to take me hours out of my way to avoid parkways as compared to planning the trip manually which also avoided parkways. Also routed me through the woods and over a lake. Worse yet, I spent all day (less than 24 hours from purchase) to get a refund and, in the end, they responded “call Google” I guess I lose my $9.99. So glad I didn’t purchase a bigger subscription. Don’t waste your time. I would have been better off with a paper map.
