The app is good but I can be better. Should do a reface and make it like the MTA lirr app. Much faster and visually better!

Not user friendly

It’s just too hard to do basic things. No Face ID, hard to look at train times (how often a train runs), password requirement is unnecessarily tedious (are you a bank?? You’re just a map and maybe ticketing app). Just needs some modern thinking. No one has time to spend on an app they use once in a while.

Hello, I hope you can read this since one sends mail and does not respond but in Elizabeth nj the service is bad one understands that it is platform repair but the train employees are not helpful since a woman and her baby in a car wanted to go out through a door they did not open and the employee was informed it was worth it he did not care the train is 3565 leaves NY 4:09pm.. Buenas espero puedan leer esto ya que uno manda correo y no responde pero en Elizabeth nj está mal el servicio uno entiende que es la reparación de plataforma pero los empleados del tren no sirven ya que una mujer y su bebé en coche deseaba salir por una puerta que no abrieron y se le informó al empleado le valió no le importo el tren es 3565 sale de NY 4:09pm..
