Horrible

This app doesn’t work most of the time. I keep getting “internet not found”, “server error” etc pretty much every time I submit a reimbursement. I have complaint numerous times in last couple of years but nothing has changed.

Rarely works

This app is great - when it works, which is almost never. I’ve been trying for months to get it to submit receipts for me but it lets me go through the whole process and then gives me an error after I submit them. Very frustrating and inconvenient. So happy we won’t have to go through this company in 2020!

Useless

This app is useless, and the reason our large corporation is switching in 2020. It was fine as Wageworks, when Conexis was brought onboard it became useless. Apps like this are the reason we should be allowed to rate 0 stars.

Rarely works

This app rarely ever works. And looking at The other reviews, this is a forever issue. Last update was a year ago! Horrible.
