EZ Receipts for Android

I’m so tired of trying to log onto this website using your app which doesn’t work most of the time. As some of the other users have commented, it habitually logs me out. My pin login and Face ID login seldom works and it defeats the purpose of having both. When I thought I got the password right, but it does not allow me to login, I try to resetting but to no avail. The app simply keeps saying my password information is incorrect when I am on the menu to reset the password under Forgot Password. After so many attempts, I’ve come to the conclusion that this app is seriously flawed and the only way to truly use the features on most days is to log onto the website with a desktop/laptop. FIX this!!!

This app is broken. A known bug is when you open the app and begin to submit a claim. The app will only let you select once if you want to add pictures of receipts. What if I want to add receipts and take pictures? I leave the app, take a picture, go back to the app and unable to add the picture I just took. Must restart the app and begin claims process all over. Broken! Also, when I make purchases with a doctor office and submit a receipt claim is denied. Consider the merchant - a doctor office - and apply common sense. The IRS obligations are met because it’s a doctor office purchase with receipt. Settle down WageWorks. Relax. Fix your app. Quit denying claims for fun.

I have been trying to use this app for hours. I needed to change my password which I had forgotten- it just get looping me back to beginning or telling me my info was incorrect. Finally called them to have them tell me the app doesn’t work and I need to either email or fax my info in. What a waste of time.

18 appears on my app, however I have zero messages, zero receipts required, I’ve erased and downloaded the app three times, etc.

The app is clunky and will only load single page receipts. The company itself is very difficult to work with. Not worth the tax savings for a flex account to deal with the app or company.
