I still can't log in to the app with my account, even after the latest update. It also won't save any tickets entered if you're not logged in. Completely worthless.

I’m speechless. How come a big transportation company like this cannot make a reliable and reputable app ?? I tried to book multiple times and they all didn’t go through. Omg !! It’s frustrating.

The app has great potential but it doesn’t work correctly. If you buy two tickets at the same time it doesn’t allow you to add the tickets on your trips. The e-tickets on the app are a nightmare, it turns like it is loading the tickets but it doesn’t add it. If you are lucky to load one ticket it won’t allow you to add it to the wallet. I have use Renfe and Rail Europe in the past and I never had these issues. Very disappointed!!!

Barcode disappears at end of trip before you can exit station gate. Cannot add ticket to iOS wallet. Need to re-enter passenger locator number and surname every time to see bar code. Awful user experience. Reply to developer: after arriving to Central Staation, an attempt to call up the barcode again using locator record and surname returns “you journey has ended” and a missing image symbol where the barcode was during trip. A bar code is required at Central Staation to exit the platform.
