Not user friendly at all
Just to get a quote on a rental car you should not have to put it in your credit card or your debit card information in for them to charge you $1.50 and then put it back on your account a few days later.I mean especially when you’re just trying to price shop and get quotes because most of the apps around that they have tell you that the prices range from anywhere from $300-$500 and it’s very misleading after I download an app for them to ask for a small transaction. In my opinion it shouldn’t be that way
Entered reservations number. Found the reservation once. Couldn’t retrieve it later
Worst rental car company ever. Worst customer service. Got one star because no stars isn’t an option. Rental car broke down and went to replace they said can’t help me. Not a manager or supervisor around to assist.
I feel like I constantly run into issues with so many apps, so I thought I would actually take the time to write a review to say, good job Budget, you made it super simple to make a reservation and pay through your app.
