I tried for several days to book a trip and kept getting error messages on app as well as on desktop site. When I finally found a phone number to call for help, a voice recording said try again later. I finally went to Booking.com and bought my Allegiant tickets from them.
The App was ok when I used it in the past. However, the App no longer works on my Android 13. I am unable to sign in on the app without automatically being redirected to the mobile website. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and even restarting my phone—nothing I’ve tried has helped. I have an upcoming flight that I still cannot access for my boarding pass. I called customer service and waited on hold for 1 1/2 hours only to be disconnected by Allegiant while in the holding queue. I tried sending a direct message via Twitter and did not receive a response. This app needs updates to fix the bugs. Otherwise, it’s useless.
What’s the point of the app if they’re always asking me and sending me to my browser?
App sends me to a site to log in rather than using the app.
The app is terrible. It redirects you to the Allegiant website on Safari. I am supposed to fly with Allegiant over the weekend and will need to print my boarding pass. You would think an airline would want a top notch app instead of this terrible app that makes Allegiant look bad.
