I have written to their help desk repeatedly, trying to get a problem fixed (tells me a place is too far away to deliver that is only 3 miles from me). The issue is not just in the app, but in a browser as well! All I get is the basic fix if the issue was only in the app, and they seem to think that’s good enough. They’ll treat you like an idiot and expect you to be happy about it. Go find another company that actually has real support!

The girl named savannah never delivered my order and when I try to contact they don’t answer so sad that they have people stealing orders and not taking any action
When I go to pay for my food. It also adds on the tip for the driver. So my food would be like $28. Then you have to add the tip for the driver which would be $4. You have to pay $32 dollars because you have to add in the tip for the order. However, when I leave a rating I gotta pay the tip again when it already charged me when I put my order in already. So I’m actually getting charged twice for tip. Why is that?
