I have written to their help desk repeatedly, trying to get a problem fixed (tells me a place is too far away to deliver that is only 3 miles from me). The issue is not just in the app, but in a browser as well! All I get is the basic fix if the issue was only in the app, and they seem to think that’s good enough. When I go to pay for my food. It also adds on the tip for the driver. So my food would be like $28. Then you have to add the tip for the driver which would be $4. You have to pay $32 dollars because you have to add in the tip for the order. However, when I leave a rating I gotta pay the tip again when it already charged me when I put my order in already. So I’m actually getting charged twice for tip. Why is that?
