So the reason I created an account and downloaded the app is because it offered a competitive rate compared to the other hotels in the same location. So of course, when I hit book it the price changed from $125 to $174. That’s a $50 difference. What a rip off!!! I could’ve stayed at an Airbnb at the same location for less. Customer BE WARNED!!!
I’m signed out daily I mean almost every day always they have it fixed every time
Every time I open the app it logs me out and when I try to log in I get an error message saying my info is incorrect.
Can’t log in, keeps telling me the system is experiencing problems, three days now. Website works perfectly. When I search for hotels every one it finds is completely booked for my dates. When I go on the website they are all open for booking. Nope. The app isn’t ready for prime time.
Why do you have to enter your login information each time you open the app. I can understand having to click on a login button but it should be as easy as most apps and it is not. Otherwise all is ok.
