No help if you get a parking ticket

I got a parking ticket in Pasadena 4 mins after parking and paying through passport. It’s totally understandable that there can be a lag in the system and the parking cop didn’t get passport’s info, but after reaching out to passport on the best way to handle this my numerous emails were left unanswered. 0 confidence in the customer service

IT IS ALWAYS DOWN!

Is there something wrong with this app? I will uninstall and reinstall and it’ll work for a day or two, then never connect again. Just shows the loading screen. If I get a ticket at the train station, I hope you’ll be responsible for it.

Easy to use

I love that I don’t have to go to the kiosk to pay. I can just pay through my phone. If I know that I need more time. I just add it through the phone. No need to leave wherever I am at.
