RegExRX for Android

Bought the app. Installed it. Launched it. Crashed immediately. Disappointing.

Great little tool for old pros and those new to ReGex alike. Worth every penny and then some! The only caveats being, (a) it would be nice to see some more pre-packaged templates for those of us still learning the ins and outs of RegEx and (b) as of this writing, the app hasn't been updated in ≥ 2 yrs, though it works perfectly on Big Sur 11.6, so it's possible it has been abandoned--but more than likely, it simply has not needed an update. Either way, 5 stars all day

I've had this app installed for years and it's been a faithful companion that I fire up for one need or another every couple of days. If you use regexes at all, having a standalone tool is a real blessing, and this one fits the bill speldidly.

I use regular expression enough to know a bit, but not enough to have it all memoriezed. great tool to test out patterns and verify they are ready for my configs/code.

I spend a lot of time writing regex, and I think I've tried every tool available for Android. RegExRX is by far my favorite. The "Paste Pattern From" command lets me drop different language's syntax right in to the tester and automatically translates them, and "Copy Pattern As" gives me exactly what I need to paste the result back into Ruby, Objective-C, JavaScript, Perl and more. The pattern highlighting is excellent, the error messages helpful, and the overall functionality is the most complete I've found.
