No customer service.

Always threatening extra costs when trying to speak with someone about necessary changes. Infuriating that they do not advertise bag costs with the price of a flight. Who travels without a bag???

Puts the app in appalling

Downloaded the app to save the hassle of checking in and getting a boarding pass at the airport only to be told by the app that the passport id was invalid.. which it’s not. Completely pointless.

This is literally the worst app I have ever used in my life.

Flights should be listed in ascending order or in military time only!

We made the amateur mistake of choosing the wrong flight time on the correct day. Why? 1- Your site is extremely poorly laid out… 2- listing the cheapest flight 1st instead of how other airlines do it where they list morning, afternoon and evening flights in order. 3- unable to reach your customer service less than a minute after we hit the magic “book” button is unacceptable! No real person to talk to. This cost me 100£ more to change and I paid it. So with this experience I won’t use your airline again… Scott Constans
