Updated to latest version, but I still cannot book flights (easily) using app. When logged in, if I try to book a flight the app is not recognizing me and requires I either log in or continue as a guest. The log in button doesn’t work so your only option is to book flight as a guest, which requires you to enter all saved preferences manually. This glitch has been going on for a while. Not sure why it’s not yet fixed.
App is no longer functional. It gets hung up on the manage trips section so you can’t adjust seats or add bags. Many have been tweeting to JetBlue about this for weeks now, but we keep getting told it’s working.
My family was so mad because we had to fill out a form before baggage drop and we are supposed to do that in the DR (Dominican Republic)?? We didn’t get any sort of email or something like that. We just wasted 30 minutes of our time and we thought we were gonna miss our flight.
where is the widgets ?Only thing missing
As much as I love to fly with JetBlue for the comfort of their plane, I equally hate their mobile app. It is very very slow, cumbersome and lacks user’s friendliness. If you made a tiniest mistake during the booking and want to make a change, be very careful- hit a wrong cancel button and you are at the beginning of the process-all lost. It is impossible to add permanently your travel partner. I made more than 20 bookings and still need to enter my partner’s full details even though I see “assign travel partner” option. Some other small things which drive me crazy-plenty of them. The developers or designers didn’t think or don’t do user QA. Worst application out of many other airlines I use.
