Sign In Failed

"There was an error communicating with the server. Please try again later." I've been getting this message ever since I downloaded this app. I've never been able to log in. I've only kept it around because I hoped that, at some point, one of the updates would fix the issue. The website works just fine. The app, however, does not do for me what it is supposed to.

It doesn’t work

The app just doesn’t work, wouldn’t let me login so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it just won’t let me find my provider or anything it’s just broken just buffers

The app no longer displays cost estimates based on electric usage. Recent update broke the feature?

Tech Support Request doesn’t work!

I’ve tried multiple times to submit a tech support request, it Doesn’t work! It’d be great if it did and even Better if I could upload pictures of my internet equipment to show the problems. Works to pay my bill.
