1. CalltoOrder is a meeting app to provide simple but secure access to meeting agendas, documents, and reference materials natively on an iPad.

2. Meeting materials are assembled by an administrative web interface and securely uploaded to the NISC Cloud.

3. Users then download the documents to the iPad prior to the meeting.

4. Documents reside on the iPad until you decide to delete them, but they are always kept in the NISC Cloud for future download/reference.

5. •Plenty of Space: Add up to two additional sections for reference materials such as policies, legal documents, contact information, travel documents, etc.

6. Notes are saved privately for the user and stay in place till the meeting is deleted from the iPad.

New PDF manager makes it useful

Our coöp used CtO and it was OK but frustrating. I had to email PDFs to myself to use a decent markup tool. The new version of CtO lets me highlight something I have a question about and add notes from the board discussion. Use CtO if you're a NISC coöperative.
