Sad, sad, sad.I just tried to login three times! It kicked me out three times! That means with the duo sign-on, Asu had to call me three times so I could get in… One would think that Asu would take note that someone tried to sign in three times and try to fix it!
You can’t even actually log in to the app on an Android anymore after the implementation of the 2FA. The web page for the 2FA doesn’t even load properly or completely so there’s no way to even get past that. Maybe one day we’ll get a fix.
What’s the point of having an app when I have to log in every time I want to use it? It’s faster to just use My ASU in a browser. Also worth noting that the symptoms listed in the health check haven’t been updated since the beginning of the pandemic and don’t account for Omicron.
App is always crashing, is unreliable and needs major changes.
The app doesn’t let a duo push happen with the new Android so I can’t even login at all
