Terrible app

Between the app and the website it couldn’t be less clear how to do reserve n ride. This pile of junk wasted our first hour and a half in the park. Hard to be more dissatisfied.

Terrible app

Cannot add the online tickets I bought to the app. It asks for an order number but the confirmation email only provides a booking number, which does not work. Small details like this makes me worried they don’t have their stuff together.

The map is locked

I wish the app wouldn’t lock the map as you’re moving to your desired destination. The same way the google maps do…

What is the point of putting in pass info to the app, when then you’re trying to make a reservation and they ask you to enter the numbers of the pass? That should all be synced! So awkward and unfriendly
