Fast File Sharing Web Server for Android

the app is ok but every time i input new folder that i want to share its not showing up. i need to restart the app and remove all the folders from the sharing window, and share all the folders again.

It really works like described, its really fast to configure users, shared folders and port, and if you use dyndns or noip you don't have to worry about the ip. I didn't give the 5th star because it doesn't works in background, so you have to leave the app running all the time. I hope developer make a startup daemon to solve that. Edit: Oh my! One less star! Just now I see that when you quit and reopen the app, you give some folders with this message: [Please reselect this folder to ensure you have granted permission for the server to access the folder]. I read on Help documentation that you can only share folders inside Music, Movies, Pictures and Download folders due to an Google restriction. It really reduces the app usability, want my money back! =(

The program is not intuitive to use, partly because the port forwarding address totally fails every time. There's no way to log in from a web browser because the program gives you a bad address. Super bummer. Save your money.

This application works well, but it needs to be able to start minimized and just leave a menubar icon. It makes no sense for this to have to take up space on the dock somewhere. Also, more granular user permissions would be a plus. I had to sort of figure out what the various levels of users mean.

This is an excellent product. It is handy if you want to access your files remotely or allow other users to access certain folders on your hard drive over the internet. Also, the customer support is excellent. I emailed them with a question and it was answered in less than an hour. I will definitely buy more apps from these guys.
