Facebook login problem

There’s is a problem with Facebook login implementation!! It won’t open Facebook login!!! Please fix it

Major quality control issues

Quality of drivers are terrible. I’ve used 4 times and had 2 bad experiences. One driver was so bad I felt I was seriously in danger (speeding, slamming on breaks, etc.). Customer service was also very very poor when I tried to get my money back for this scary ride.

Expensive and unreliable

I downloaded it only to use the $20 voucher. My trip was $17, but they charged my cc $26 4 days ago and it is still pending. I assume they will release my money soon, but that’s not cool. Once I get my money back, I’m deleting it. Also, when you compare with other apps, the rates of gocatch are approx 30% higher. Stay away.

Quick to take your credit card (2 min email response) don’t respond from same email account to charge query (24 hours & waiting). Save time, go straight to Uber.
