In the New/Edit window users can choose whether to be reminded by notification, or a screen-message or by voice (or both), or by playing a piece of music: screen and voice messages are customizable; voice messages can be in several languages provided you have the corresponding voice installed; as for music, the user can select her/his own audio-file.

Version 1.1.3 Needs some work

Nice idea but it needs some work. I set a countdown reminder but it never started. Also, they need to allow you to change the default song so you don't have to redrag and drop music every time you set a new reminder. Finally, you have to choose between a music reminder and a screen reminder. You should be able to have both.
