I was hoping this app would provide the ability to free up space on USB Drives after deleting some files on the USB Drive without having to Empty Trash on entire system. Those files originating from the USB Flash Drive simply don’t appear in the OneTrash display.
I had a bunch of files that i had tried to delete off an external drive, they just sit there and say they are emptying but don’t. I thought this app would help empty the trash but it didn’t do anything
If there's a symbolic link in the trash, this program will DELETE THE ORIGINAL FILE, not the symbolic link. Otherwise, it works well. Luckily, I had a backup of the deleted file. I tried the support site to make a report, but it wouldn't load.
This developer cares deeply about his app and providing good service. He was responsive to my personal emails and fixed a bug that was preventing old time machine backups from emptying from the trash. This app works as advertised. I highly recommend it.
realy thought this app was going to take care of my time machine stuff in the trash like someone commented but unfortunately this app can't even recognize that i have anything in the trash. really wish it lived up to what people said now im out a dollar :/
