I got to TSA security and found that you’d canceled my mobile boarding pass and I had to go back to a kiosk to print a paper copy. I had checked in 3 hours prior. I’m a frequent flyer, first time this has happened. Everyone, TSA and admirals club staff, tried to say it was my fault. That put the nail on the coffin for 2star rating.

This app used to be great. It no longer allows you to change flights in the app. You can go through all of the steps, but once you select your new flight the “continue” button is covered at the bottom by a pop up menu. You are not able to finalize the changes because if this. MAJOR misstep for the app creators. Fix it PLEASE.

This app has never worked well for me. It locks up every time I use it and I often have to delete the app and reinstall it which is very inconvenient when I’m trying to find my gate to a connecting flight. A worker at the airport told me that the baggage location system isn’t in real time. Not helpful. And the check in system is buggy. Haven’t been able to use that properly yet.

Checked in for my flight and given the choice to print my ticket at airport kiosk (waste of time/paper) or download this app. I will delete the moment I receive my boarding pass. Thanks for nothing!

I got approved for one of AAdvantage’s credit cards with Citi bank and used the specific amount that they asked to get qualified for the miles, but I didn’t get my miles. I contacted Citi bank they told me to contact American Airlines AAdvantage, I contacted American Airlines AAdvantage they told me to contact Citi bank. Now, I have no idea who to believe.
