White opaque box appears over show

While watching on Mobile a white opaque box appears in the middle of the screen oblitering the center of the show trying to watch. There is no message or button to get rid of it.

Love old dish

Tried the new one, hated it, went back to the old one. As they say, “ if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” It wasn’t broke! Neither was original Coke! Now the guide didn’t change the time (fall back) so all of the shows are listed one hour later.

Software upgrade

Since you put out the software upgrade for Dish Anywhere I haven’t been able to use it on my Mobile. I just get a gray screen that goes nowhere. I downloaded the old software and I can at least get some of the channels to work. I can’t get the Dish Anywhere to work on my Android cell phone at all. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it several times, all to no avail.
