Every time I try to open this app to pay my bill, it will not work. Forces me to pay through Safari. Deleted the app so as not to waste space on my Android.
Not happy, you mess with people, just keep adding stuff, and your people hang up on customers, yet when you want to cancel the whole thing your people keep you on the phone for hrs and you have finally had enough then stuck back with your lovely company, fix it or cancel!!!
I HATE the STANDBYE feature !! It cuts off my viewing pleasure and upsets me greatly!
