Such good reporters who I trust.
Just an especially comprehensive, straightforward and unique resource for those of us living out of Washington and surrounds, enables comprehensive and honest sourcing so that we in the disaspora can remain well informed. —- Magique Ricque
I subscribed for a digital subscription offering a 4 week free trial then a monthly charge of $9.99 a month. I even marked the charge and date in my check book. You sent me an email with a link for another digital service which I looked at out of curiosity. I honestly don’t remember what the service was but it was $40 a month and I wasn’t interested. I was taken to a page congratulating me and a confirmation of my $40 purchase. REALLY? There was no option to cancel it. I enjoy my digital purchase but am really turned off now. I sent you a text right after it happened and have heard nothing from you. This is highly unprofessional and I expected more from the Washington Post. I expect you to cancel this charge. If I’m charged the $40 I will dispute it with my bank. Larry Suekov
You moved News into the computer era. Really enjoying the new format.
I am a subscriber and lost WAPO. Having said that i may have to give it up due to visual impairment. The App only allows for a limited enlargement of text size compared with other news sources. Please add the Aa size selection option to your articles.
