Misleading
I subscribed for a digital subscription offering a 4 week free trial then a monthly charge of $9.99 a month. I even marked the charge and date in my check book. You sent me an email with a link for another digital service which I looked at out of curiosity. I honestly don’t remember what the service was but it was
$40 a month and I wasn’t interested. I was taken to a page congratulating me and a confirmation of my $40 purchase. REALLY? There was no option to cancel it. I enjoy my digital purchase but am really turned off now. I sent you a text right after it happened and have heard nothing from you. This is highly unprofessional and I expected more from the Washington Post. I expect you to cancel this charge. If I’m charged the $40 I will dispute it with my bank. Larry Suekov

Great news but needs to allow magnification of text size
I am a subscriber and lost WAPO. Having said that i may have to give it up due to visual impairment. The App only allows for a limited enlargement of text size compared with other news sources. Please add the Aa size selection option to your articles.
