Won’t give stop information

When I tap for departure information, it keeps showing “Oh no!”. It’s very annoying because I rely on this app to get to school.

I just updated CATA, I love using this app although it keeps crashing when i open it. Please fix it.

Updating problem

The app barely updates where busses are. making it almost useless. Please fix this issue.

Update!!

The app is not accurate and clear. I am not able to find out how to transfer buses. Also, the buildings’ name are unclear on the app, which causes confusion of which bus stop to get off.
