I am so pleased with this.
Booked a hotel and when I got there was unable to get the room I booked. I had to call Priceline for a refund and waited on hold and got run around for 2 hours. Paid for a room that they did not have and have to dance around for a refund. This is utter nonsense. I am not using them again. Now I have to call my credit card company and report Priceline for taking my money and running me around for my refund. I have used Priceline since they started over 20 years ago and they have gone down hill on the service as well as quality. I can’t believe this great company turned to crap.
This app makes it so easy to find a hotel and you get pretty good discounts to go along with it
It was veryDifficult for me to get a hold of priceline if I didn’t have a trip ID or a reservation number. Very very frustrating trying to call it would not put me forward to a representative to talk to. Extremely disappointing
I did Priceline do get a hotel in Vegas and I paid for it everything was set ( my first time doing vacations and all ) we was very excited to get the hotel we want through them. Little did we know when we got there we had to have major credit card to deposit just in case if there was damages.. I called Priceline informing them that we didn’t get the room because we don’t have a credit card only debit and cash… they wouldn’t refund me the money at all saying that there was no refund when I use their app.. We didn’t even get to the room at all.. I hate this app! and I know they don’t care and that’s fine I’ll get my money back somehow and I won’t use this pathetic app for crap anymore
