Doesn’t work

Can’t even begin to find a car. Continually get “something went wrong” errors. Guess I won’t use this service.

Not worth your time in NYC

If you live in New York City, forget about using zipcar unless you use it on a random Wednesday or random hour late at night/morning. Charged $70 to never use the service because no cars were ever available.

Absolutely horrible

The application process is broken. In spite if having a clean record and fulfilling all the requirements for eligibility it keep rejecting applications without ever providing a reason. Customer service reps are totally clueless. They charge you $25 for it , they should at least provide a reason why the application is rejected.
