TrackMyTour for Android

What a fantastic way to share your adventures in travel via Track My Tour. It’s also a great way to save your adventures in one spot. It’s definitely a must have app for those that love to travel.

Got this App to track my first vacation to Italy. It is super easy to figure out and use. I especially like the map view which shows each of your waypoints/points of interest across the distances in your travels.

What have you done to this app? It is torturous to use. The link to the photos takes forever!! You cannot sort by favorites any more. You have to be offline to save your draft posts or else you will have to publish it before starting a new post. You have to tap on each photo to tag it for date and location. This is so cumbersome and I hope you initiate some “fixes” or I will have to abandon it even though I have paid for the premium just a few days before the update. I feel like we have gone backwards here. Grrrrrrrrrr—frustrating!!!

I bought the app several years ago to get full use of features. Now they upgraded and want me to pay an annual fee to use it, and took away the features I already paid for! Updated! App creator replied that since I paid for the subscription I get a lifetime subscription and showed me how to update it. So happy because I really like this app for our road-trips. Friends and family all want pics and updates as to where we are, and with this app they can follow us without me sending out dozens of emails.

We have been using TrackMyTour for several years and we find it to be a wonderful way to keep in contact with our friends and family. We love being able to go back years and see a recap of our past trips. Our next adventure is trying to turn our trips into books! Keep up the good work.
