Great app to hail a taxi in the modern era. Works GREAT- faster than Uber or Lyft with a predictable pricing model. A little quirky at times, but a big fan- especially ordering a taxi in advance. Need to be in a major metro
if u can’t accept international numbers in NY then u massively restrict your usage for any visitors.
I e almost exclusively used Uber or Lyft but thought curb was unique and taxis were available. Well this makes me remember why I don’t use taxi. Total scam!!! Don’t use the app or taxis, much better experience with Uber and at least you pay the fair. They hacked in route. Shame on this company.
Pairing out of order in cabs. Invoice doesn’t match charges. The system is crap. Fix it!
The app signed me out and wouldn’t let me sign back in. Then it disabled my account. Customer service said it would be fixed in 48 hours, which is useless to me since my visit to Chicago will be over by then. Thanks for making my trip to Chicago harder.
