Wouldn’t Allow Me To Join

I was sent something in the mail, telling me to download their new app. I tried to sign up and was given a prompt saying that it was an invite only app… I wouldn’t have known about the app unless they told me about it, sooo that’s kind of an invite. Am I wrong?

Inconsistent

The idea is great, but the app and some of the policies need help to move it out of the realm of 'frustrating'-- the points need to roll over from month to month, and the bonuses offered need to actually be awarded.

Great concept and I would love to earn points to redeem but the app doesn’t work most of the time. We do need longer to redeem points/rewards.
