It is so very difficult to navigate and find items. When searching coupons, the photos are so tiny and the description starts with Simple Truth then …. so you need to click on that item to actually see what item it is. It took me an hour to order, which is why I don’t use it much.
I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews. Simply trying to update my address and add a Krogers e-gift card to my account that I got from work, so I can order some groceries, and haven’t had an app in years be so unresponsive and not actually serve the purpose it’s supposed to. The idea of using it is to save time. It would have been faster to have asked to use PTO at my job, drive to the store, grabbed all the things myself, and checked out than it would have been to use the app that hasn’t been doing anything I’ve tried to get it to this morning, and I literally just downloaded it, so it’s up to date and I’m connected to wifi, with full signal, so it’s not any issues on my end. Make the app actually work and be more user friendly and give the option to add e gift cards through it and not just physical gift cards. If I would have known that it was going to be this big of a hassle, I never would have asked work for a krogers gift card, I would have picked a different grocery service that actually works.
Put in a pick up order but it wouldn’t apply my gift cards, making me go back and renter them again. It showed the amount “applied” but wouldn’t apply them. No wI have to go in the store to sort this out. Not happy.
Today I saw on the morning news way to save by shopping on the store apps, so I hadn’t used this app in some time, I was able to save $8 in-store coupons plus clipped a coupon that saved me $15. If I did a first time pick up order, when you send $75. I will start using this method. Thank you
Every time there is an update, I can’t use my Kroger pay and there is an issue. Not sure what the issue is, but you all need to figure this out!
