Why did you get rid of the notes to personalize items? I like to specify the size and ripeness of the produce I need. One size does not fit all.
Even with tip and delivery fee I save more than walking through the doors everyone with kids understands that. Your grocery bill seems to be at least 60$ higher than if you had just gone alone but when you have kids that is not always an option.
I went through so much problems to order delivery and the app was no help. I’m not sure who is the blame, Kroger or Instacart, but this has been a very unpleasant experience!
