On the website it won’t allow you to enter your card number now on this app it doesn’t show updated toll charges & won’t even allow you to add money without seeing them listed. It’s like they want you to get extra fees & fines.

The tolls need to be paid within 14 days to avoid a late fee, but can take up to 30 days to even show up on the application. It is impossible to pay the toll in the required time. Already has cost me $24 in late fees. Trash system. Trash state. Avoid.

I have my pay by plate set up. Twice now I keep checking after using the toll road for an invoice on the app. Both times nothing showed up on the app to pay but an invoice comes in the mail with a late fee. The second time I even received an email with a mailed invoice. Clearly the email address was taken off the app so why don’t the invoices show on the app so I can avoid late fees?

This site used to work well, but like others have said, I only get the IL blue screen of death when I try and log in. Please fix with a software update.
