Cannot Pay

If booking through the app or online, it will not let you get to the credit card portion, with no explanation. Worthless!

Does not work

Have attempted numerous times to buy tickets and it always ends in an error message.

Does not work

You can enter your info but the app constantly rejects it without telling you which field or why. Cannot buy a ticket through the app or online. Not sure what the experience is like for non-US data but for those from the US it’s awful.

Waste of time

After numerous attempts I finally gave up, the app will not accept payment after filling out all the credit card and personal information.

Can’t order tickets

Tried ordering tickets from both the website and the app - neither worked without explanation. Called and was told to purchase the tickets in-person at the basilica, which I did. But then the app wouldn’t provide the audio tour because I didn’t buy them through the app - which wouldn’t allow me to purchase them!!
