Constantly get notifications I’ve missed orders without the order coming in. Done the troubleshooting process with delivery logistics, reps, websites, nothing. Makes your acceptance rate look bad and it’s a tech issue. Has been happening for a long time see reviews. Now they have me holding my phone and refreshing the delivery screen every 30 seconds… seriously? Affects iPhones and Android. What crap. Gas is too expensive to be out driving all day for 3 orders.

They stole $19 from my earnings then deactivated my account. Wasn’t worth it anyway, I averaged 3 deliveries per 24 hours.
The ASAP Support reps are horrible at following and responding to issues. They don’t care about their drivers or their driver’s compensation. They will not pay for certain orders later, especially the surge priced orders and will “Suspend” your account for further investigation for no reason at all!! Do not use!!!
Everytime I try to turn it on it just stays loading also not long ago they deactivated for being inactive. But they don’t h e enough deliveries in my area to make them a priority. Either way that clearly shows they lie when they say make your own schedule and be your own boss. They did reactivate me once I said this to them but now I can’t even go online.
