Needs Work

just accessing account or an agent is difficult. my account was never “verified” so now I can’t get in, reset password or start a new account because I gave up. BUT there’s no obvious way to fix it, just keeps telling me i’m not verified. SO GIVE ME A WAY TO VERIFY!

Very Outdated

I’ve been using this app for over a year for my routine commute 2-3 times a week. The app seems very outdated & clunky. No personal information (eg: Name, payment info, address) is able to self populate. The copy & paste function is useless. The load times are always slow over Ethernet & Wi-Fi

Worst Bus company and App

Literally the worst bus company and App. Rather than invest in their fleet, or their tools they seem to take the cheapest approach. Their buses are filthy. Their drivers are rude. Their schedules are incorrect, and they seem to exist only to extract money from people with the cheapest service.
