Malicious or Incompetent?

Attempted to add a Smartrip card to account. Credit card was billed, but no smartrip card is available on app. To report an issue, you need a card number. Bravo.

Money Stuck in Pending

I added $20 on 12/23, and as of 1/12 it still shows pending in the app. Garbage app, just load money in your Google wallet for instant access and skip this awful app.

Too slow

Could not get my account activated took 15 minutes can’t miss the next train so just paying for the plastic card. Too bad. Enable tap to pay.

Scam

Purchased the 3 day unlimited pass. It took 2 days to become active (even though the app says “up to 4 hours”) and then left me with 1 day of fares. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Just use the card and load it at the kiosks.
