Charged twice did not even get picked up

First, this app really is a great concept. I would love to use something like this. However, I haven’t had any luck in getting it to work. I tried to pre book a ride from the airport to my apartment. When I did this, I set the pick up time to 7:50pm to give me enough time to get off the plane and get my bags. When I confirmed the ride, the app had the pickup time as 6:50pm, which I would miss due to my plane landing after that. I cancelled the ride (because there is no way to edit the details once you book) and tried to re book but the app once again tried to make my pickup time an hour earlier then what I set. I reached out to the help center and got no response. I was hoping once I got connected to a drive I could explain the situation, but about an hour before my flight no one accepted my ride so I just cancelled it. Maybe I’ll come back and try this app again in a few months, but for now it’s just taking up space on my phone.

Even in Atlanta where this is based there are no cars. Also too many notifications for an app the doesn’t help.

I never write reviews but I want to put something so women know this app is legit. I flew to ATL for a short trip to see family and I scheduled a ride through heride. My driver was on time, communicated so well as I was getting through the airport to exit and made me very comfortable. She was so kind and I was stressed out so I appreciated it so much. We talked the whole way (an hr ride) and it was a great experience. I do not feel comfortable with other rideshare apps after some weird experiences and I was so worried what I was going to do but I found this app and I’m so thankful! Can’t wait for it to expand.

Terrible app, terrible customer service, I booked a ride at around 3 PM for my daughter, for 6:15 PM from school, the app did and cancel didn’t notify me, until 620 and told me that this ride was not accepted, call customer service no answer sent the email no reply send a text no reply please don’t use this app it’s very dangerous, my daughter was standing Outside in the rain waiting for a ride that was never coming, this app is supposed to be for the safety of women but it’s actually dangerous, what if something would’ve happened to my daughter
