Beware of this company! We were approached in the street to take this bus tour! We let the man know we had 4 hours and he assured us this was plenty of time to see many sites and hop on and off in a few places we mentioned! He assured us we would not wait more than 15 min at a stop. At the first stop to board the bus we waited for a long time. When the bus came only 4 people could get on - the line was 70+ people! After an hour, we realized this was not going to work for us! We found the man who sold us the tickets and asked for a refund, as it was clear we were not going to get in the bus. The man was kind but obviously gave us false information! He put a manager on his cell phone and he refused to refund us despite posting $180 cash and never using it. He offered for us to come to an office far away. However, now we had 90 min left in NYC and we have 2 small children. Customer service offered to let us use the tickets for 12 months - however, we live on the west coast! I asked for a refund but they refused! Basically scanned out of $180 at Christmas! If they do come around to offer us a refund I will update this review. We did $180

The price was outrageous and not all the stops that were on map had buses coming to them> several were closed and we were passed up 2 times and attendants had no explanation!

Waiting 2 hours for nothing basically, went through the tour and paid $200 to go to get on a ship and see the statue of liberty in person. When we got to the point where we had to get on the ship they told us that the ships is only until 4:00 pm. This was basically a whole scam and they scammed us out of $200. Don't waste your money on this.

they make tickets price so high to the point they could be 40-50 dollars high. they make you wait in long lines for you not to get on before. i waited almost 2 hours for them to put people THAT WERE BEHIND me in the line first!! they also yell at you when you try asking simple questions. such bad service and they don’t have respect to their customers!!🤦‍♀️👎🏼.

Staff is rude and not helpful. Cheaper to take the subway to your destinations! This attraction is way too overpriced.
