worst app i’ve used since Android 1. can’t believe how truly awful it is. loses my booking every time i log in. navigation stinks. slow clunky and should be an embarrassment to virgin. makes me not want to sail with them
I accidentally hit United Kingdom, instead of United States. It keeps asking me for a travel visa. I entered my USA passport. The app isn’t even recognizing that I should have entered United States. There is no way in the app to fix this.
I have to login multiple times per use just to get the disappearing bottom menu bar to come back. The app has never functioned properly - not after updating, uninstalling, and/or reinstalling. I’m glad I keep hearing good things about the actual cruise experience, because if the app were a reflection…
Hands down the worst app I've used in years. Wifi onboard Valiant lady almost never works and blocks sites, downloads, uploads, videos, music, streaming. It makes the app even worse. It's glitchy, can't talk to your representatives which is vital. Can't make reservations. It ruined the experience of the cruise to be frank. Virgin Cruises need a good 2-3 more years to figure their stuff out. Reinventing the wheel for absolutely everything isn't always necessary.
Will not recognize my booking number. I have been trying daily for a week. 30 days to sailing and unable to access to input required info or book dinner reservations or shore excursions.
