Used Wanderlog to plan a recent trip to NYC that involved a lot of moving parts—tours, reservations, shows, different forms of transportation, you name it. I loved the app during planning because it let me keep everything in one place, and share all that information with my fellow travelers. What I didn’t expect was how much we would use it during the trip to navigate around the city and keep track of where we had actually been (this was changed on the fly more than once and it was amazing not to have to worry about working out which different MTA train we needed to be on; the app updated the directions automatically). Tracking expenses was just a bonus for me, it wasn’t the primary reason I wanted to use this but it did help us stay on budget and was a nice feature. I’m already planning the next trip!
I used this app to make an itinerary in Spain. It allows you to find great places to stay and visit. I was able to easily share my itinerary with all of my family. I will definitely use this app again for my next trip.
Covers your tip planning needs from start to finish all in one place. I personally like to squeeze every bit of experience on a vacation and this app allows you to push that to the limit. I love being able to start with “here are the places I want to visit” and plot them on a map to see how that might translate into a rough itinerary. Helps to avoid doubling back or spending too much time in transit on vacation because you always have the most efficient route. Can’t wait to see where this app goes from here!
It only stores 4 so if you have a long trip it is a pain
It’s everything I need/want in a travel itinerary/lot but it is extremely laggy and slow. To the point where I have to restart the app over & over, it gets annoying.
