MISLEADING: Your ride WILL be more expensive than the price that is being listed on the app, but you will not see the final up charges (masked as “long distance fee’s) until after you receive the bill. Even though you put in your exact distance of commute, the app does not quote you the exact price like an Uber. They low-ball the estimated price and add fees so that it seems more reasonable than it is. UNRELIABLE: Our driver was extremely incompetent and unaware of what was happening on his app (as this company barely has basic features to function) and when our entire group was ready to hop in, he accidentally rebooked for a different group and left our group stranded in the 100 degree sun until the next available van could come 40 minutes later. For someone planning commutes for larger groups in advance, using this app is a risky choice to make it somewhere on time or for a good price.

Awful, canceled on our wedding last minute.

First of all, I had a ride from the airport that was cancelled. I contacted support and apparently they have no capability or common sense for their customers to redeem them. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in these vans. I had people throwing up and dripping sweat from being dehydrated. This ride share app CONSTANTLY cancels and will leave you at your destination without any acknowledgement of causing an inconvenience.

This app is not well designed and missing a lot of basic features. You can only book one, one-way ride at a time, so a second person in your party has to download the app and book the return. There is no way to edit a ride, just cancel. The van we took to the event was dirty and had beer cans and cups in it that we had to remove. The AC didn't work well and no windows in the back could open. For the return ride, we were charged an extra $4 per person "long distance fee" that was not charged for the same trip on the way there. Our return ride was much better, but I was never given the amount per person or notification about the extra long distance fees until I got my receipt. This app could use some work and definitely should be released as a beta.
